Compliance Declaration Forms

Under Regulation 18 of The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024, a Compliance Declaration must be provided to Active Business Control Services Ltd, acting as a Registered Building Control Approver, before the Final Certificate can be issued.

Once this declaration has been fully completed, signed and dated, Active Business Control Services will acknowledge receipt of it on the Final Certificate.

The Client, Principal Designer and Principal Contractor should refer to Regulation 18 of The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024, together with Part 2A, Dutyholders and Competence, of the Building Regulations 2010, as amended, before completing the declarations below.

PLEASE NOTE

Active BCS, acting as a Registered Building Control Approver, cannot issue the Final Certificate until the declarations above have been received in full. For any questions regarding the above, please contact Head Office.
